My buissness tax platform is what some may call some what extreme. But its almost fail safe. as far as taxing companies for leaving the US. It can't really be considered a tax, more than it is an initial leaving fee. However, I'm not a big fan of coorporations moving countries and laying people off because of cheaper labor. I think buissness make a little too much money off of other peoples misfortune. If it was fair and morally sane, I would illegalize coorporate globalization, but it isnt, so i'm going to do the next best thing.

As far people being injured by coorporations and punishments for coorporations. I think fines would be the best way to go. A coorporation is seemingly never fined (the people that run it are) but never a coorporation in its whole.

I personally think we should take goverment out of the hands of these corporrations which it seems to be in. As far as campaign finance reform.I think we need to keep these big time companies out of politics. Most companies give large sums of money to both major party candidates. I Feel as though buissness has no place in politics

As for my states rights plan. I think we need to give alot of power back to the states. Such issues as gun control, speed limits, and the death penalty are all things the federals control. However I feel as though that those are all state issues. As well as I beleive Abortion should be a state issue.

And I do acknowledge a difference between "Invested" Rights and "Civil" Rights. I beleive that invested rights however are glorified civil rights. My plank posistion for Civil Rights is that, WE NEED MORE! The Goverment takes alot of our civil rights away for no apparent reasons. Prostitution is a good example. And screening certain people at the airports is another good example. Its time to give the goverment back to the people at least 50% of it.

I hope this has cleared up my platform a little.

Ditto. I agree with most of what you said as far as Civil Rights, states rights, gun ownership and the personal liberties of the individual are concerned. I don't understand why this fell in with my post about foriegners as it had nothing to do with foreign people whatsoever and my point was we should expel "all non-producers" from this country.

I also agree we must stop companies from leaving this country. We must also revive America's base heavy industry and redistribute the wealth to close the gulf between the haves and the have nots.
